Vampires & Villagers Last time, we studied a series of pictures together. At first, we could see people in a forest. One of them was burning a skeleton. There was smoke coming out of it. Then, there was a picture with a shadow climbing on stairs. It looked monstrous: it had a big nose, big claws ( griffes ) and a horrifying look. Eventually ( à la fin ), we understood it was a vampire looking like Nosferatu. It was biting in a woman's neck. So we concluded the skeleton in the first picture really was a vampire being killed by vampire hunters. He was driving a stake ( un pieu ) into the vampire's heart. Game Rules We are going to play a game next time. It's called Vampires & Villagers.
